Hackney Downs Studios is becoming one of London’s most dynamic creative communities. With 50 studios, we have spaces for everyone from small and start-up companies to established creative leaders. We also have 9 separate venues used for everything from photo shoots to art exhibitions.
We have a number of new spaces opening up at Hackney Downs over the next month and we’re looking to house new residents to become part of our ever growing community.
Our new self-contained studios are located on the first floor, situated above (and so including easy access) to The Russet café- serving expertly made Union Coffee and beautiful locally sourced food and being a platform in the evening for small acoustic events and performances.
The studio area includes a kitchen, toilets and showers to accommodate for our massage/therapy rooms which are set to be housed on this same floor.
All studios will have natural light either in the form of windows or sky lighting and residents will have the ability to change the studios to suit your needs.
This space should also qualify for business rates exemption for small businesses.

Studio 98- 86 sq ft, £210 pcm
Studio 99- 150 sq ft, £390 pcm
