Hackney Downs Studios is becoming one of London’s most dynamic creative communities. With 50 studios, we have spaces for everyone from small and start-up companies to established creative leaders. We also have 9 separate venues used for everything from photo shoots to art exhibitions.
We have a number of new spaces opening up at Hackney Downs over the next month and we’re looking to house new residents to become part of our ever growing community.
Venue 1 spaces boast high ceilings allowing the option of a mezzanine level for storage, double door access through a private alleyway, concrete floors and comparatively reduced rent in return for a raw area with heaps of potential.
Studios are being built off plan so a viewing is advised.
